"As first time homebuyers moving across the country from Los Angeles in the one of the most difficult housing markets in American history, my husband and I had very low expectations of the buying process. We had heard horror stories from all of our friends - 50 offers, waiver of inspection, and all other realities of the current market. Without Rudy's guidance, patience, local knowledge, and general demeanor, I think those low expectations would have been realized. As we have no existing network in Ridgefield, Rudy highlighted neighborhoods where we could meet young families like ours, spoke about schools for our three year old, and emphasized walkability and proximity to downtown (city people!). Even if he hadn't produced results, I would say that Rudy truly exceeded all expectations. Fortunately for all, he DID produce results - within a month of our initial conversation, our (under asking) offer on our dream home in our dream neighborhood was accepted.
